The Work Order Board manages capped class-wide civic, delivery, and Workshop craft destinations through their complete order states.

Work Order Board

The Work Order Board organizes capped class-wide destinations for civic projects, deliveries, and Workshop crafts. It assigns a producer class rather than an individual building, so eligible output is coordinated across matching producers and unmatched output remains in the Stockpile.

Cards

The civic card stages a named Public Work, the delivery card stages a Dispatch task, and the craft card stages one recipe. At L8, the Pondworks order can reserve named Acorns, Wood, or completed Plank Bundles up to its visible Petition ceiling. Workshop craft orders begin at L12, and delivery orders begin at L18.

Order states

Draft records an uncommitted order. Confirmed and Gathering records inputs that are collecting or reserved; cancellation before Processing returns exactly the accepted inputs once. Processing runs the batch timer, and Ready to Apply holds the completed product for Apply batch.

A Blocked Work Order identifies its capacity, missing-input, expiry, or other condition. Its stated recovery can return accepted goods to Stockpile where applicable. Applied orders have delivered their result.

Craft recipes

The Board hosts Roasted Nuts (Acorns, 10 minutes), Aged Cheese (Cheese, with its current displayed duration), Trail Mix (Acorns and Cheese, 10 minutes), Plank Bundles (Wood and Coins, 20 minutes), Festival Wedges (Aged Cheese and Coins, 30 minutes), and Beacon Polish (Roasted Nuts and Coins, 45 minutes).

These crafts supply Pondworks and commissions, hospitality, Dispatch, construction, Town Notice requests, and Beacon work. The Conditional Catering Commission appears when a valid named cosmetic target has room and uses its own 20-minute batch.

Allocation

Every order names a maximum and transfers only that amount. Allocation distributes contributions proportionally to eligible producer rates with stable rounding; the use-all setting selects contributors without changing their rates or the order cap.
