Draft Work Orders define a civic, delivery, or craft destination before confirmation, with no accepted goods or reservations.

Draft Work Orders

A Draft Work Order is the unconfirmed configuration of a civic, delivery, or craft destination on the Work Order Board. It records a proposed input, destination, and cap before any goods enter the order.

Order configuration

A Draft makes the proposed destination legible before confirmation. A Plank Bundle draft, for example, can be compared with the raw Wood needed by a Petition, while a Trail Mix draft identifies the Acorns and Cheese assigned to Dispatch.

Uncommitted state

Closing or editing a Draft leaves the Stockpile unchanged because no inputs have been accepted. Confirmation begins the gathering and reservation state, where accepted inputs have a separate pre-processing return rule.
