Civic role
Mayor Bracken appears with the charters and civic ceremonies for Public Works. A Public Work progresses through a capped Petition, a timed Build, and an immediate Dedication choice between equal-economy identities.
Town pageantry and Story moments accompany the resulting map changes.
War Squirrels
Mayor Bracken's militia defends the charter lighthouse from cardboard catastrophe with tiny helmets, cheese-wheel shields, banners, and orchestral parody. Its scripted three-lane encounters record a loss as a rehearsal retreat.
