Forecast and Dispatch
The Forecast Board describes a route's goods and time effect before a Dispatch begins. A River condition, for example, can pair 10% more goods with 10% more speed. Rain, sound, haptics, and route color support the text without replacing it.
Weather effects belong to the accepted delivery rather than the broader farm. The usual Workday remains organized around Read, Harvest, and an optional Commit, with Dispatch as one available Commit activity.
