Textual Dispatch conditions displayed before acceptance, fixed for the accepted route, and considered with its goods and speed terms.

Civic Forecast Board

The Civic Forecast Board presents the condition attached to a Dispatch route. Its text appears with the route's goods, duration, and reward before acceptance, then remains fixed for the accepted job.

When shown
Before Dispatch acceptance.
Scope
The accepted Dispatch route.
River example
A condition can require 10% more goods with a 1.10 speed factor.
Aerial treatment
Breezy conditions apply to Aerial on the same basis.

Route condition

Forecast text identifies the goods and speed effect for a route. A River condition, for example, can pair 10% more required goods with a 1.10 speed factor. Visual weather treatment accompanies the written condition.

Fixed terms

A Forecast is established with the route at acceptance and applies to that Dispatch alone. It does not change the timing of producers, construction, or Public Works.

Planning

Forecast effects are considered alongside the displayed route terms and the time needed to replace inputs such as Trail Mix. This makes a River or Aerial Dispatch comparison a complete-cycle calculation rather than a travel-time comparison alone.
