The Acorn Space Program is the level 35 finale-scale Public Work. Its completion establishes the Rocket Post and Aerial Dispatch.

Finale Public Work
The program follows the standard civic sequence of Petition, Build, and Dedication. Its capped Petition accepts selected donations over time; once complete, Approve Plans starts the globally exclusive Public Work Build.
Blueprint and ignition work appear among its Petition requirements. The Public Work inspector displays the applicable materials, amounts, prerequisites, and timer.
Rocket Post and Aerial
The Rocket Post presents Aerial deliveries. Aerial applies a 1.25 speed factor and a 1.25 goods requirement; comparisons with Road and River include both travel and input-refill time. Only one Dispatch may be active at a time.
Each Aerial job displays its applicable Forecast condition when accepted.
