How ordinary output fills displayed storage, Storehouses extend capacity, reservations affect available goods, and the Lost-and-Found Cart recovers a limited post-cap amount.

Storage and Capacity

Storage is the displayed limit for ordinary producer output. A Storehouse increases that limit, allowing more production to accumulate before collection; capacity also frames the timing of Lost-and-Found Cart recovery.

Acceptance rule
The lesser of elapsed potential output and free storage space
At capacity
Ordinary production pauses until space is available
Storehouse
Increases stated capacity without producing goods
Cart watch
30 minutes from an eligible first cap; once per rolling 24 hours, with a 24-hour sealed claim

Production and space

A collection receipt settles ordinary production as the lesser of potential output since the last settlement and the free storage space available. The same rule applies across returns and devices, so production remains paused while the displayed capacity is full.

Reserved goods have a separate role in this accounting. They remain committed to their named Order and are unavailable for another need until processing, return, or application. Recipe results follow their own Apply path when their destination has room.

Storage and recovery

The Lost-and-Found Cart can recover a limited amount after ordinary producers first reach an eligible cap. Its sealed claim is the lower of 15% of affected capacity and the potential post-cap output recorded during its watch window. Ordinary producer output qualifies; construction output, recipe output, and reserved goods do not.

Capacity increases come from Storehouses. The Cart, Cart Canopy, Pond Island, and presentation choices have separate functions within the town.
