War Squirrels

War Squirrels appears during scheduled regional windows after its eligibility requirements are met. A rehearsal begins with a fixed three-squirrel squad, a scripted opposing formation, and visible terrain. Each squirrel is assigned to one of three lanes before the player chooses Tactic A or B and confirms the plan.

Each lane combines its class, tactic, terrain, and counter information into an explained result. Identical confirmed plans resolve identically. The Campaign Archive provides representative material after the mode first appears, while the decorative campaign Memento records either result.

History

The name identifies a retired category from earlier game versions, whose individual rules were not carried forward. The modern game instead preserves theatrical references such as Stagehands' Epilogue as part of its static civic material.
