An overview of Rodent Farm's ordinary production, storage, resources, civic construction, progression, and town activities.

Farming Overview

Rodent Farm is a browser farm-builder in which a squirrel settlement develops a small clearing through ordinary production and civic construction. Its recurring cycle connects the current Civic Need, the harvest of producer output, and a material commitment to the next building, project, recipe, notice, or delivery.

Regular resources
Acorns, Cheese, Wood, Coins, and crafted goods.
Progression
Non-spendable Experience opens levels and systems.
Production
Producers generate ordinary goods over elapsed time until capacity is full.
Civic milestones
Public Works transform the clearing through Petition, Build, and Dedication.

Production and storage

Acorn Patches, Cheese Sheds, and Wood Lots create ordinary materials over real elapsed time. Collect All gathers eligible ready output in one result, while a fresh receipt records the accepted materials, reservations, capacity effects, and any Cart recovery.

The Storehouse expands capacity rather than output. Its additional room allows more producer output to be accepted between returns. The Lost-and-Found Cart provides a smaller, time-limited recovery after an eligible capacity hit.

Materials and commitments

Ordinary goods support construction and upgrades, recipes, Work Orders, notices, dispatches, and Public Works. Crafted goods such as Roasted Nuts, Aged Cheese, Trail Mix, Plank Bundles, Festival Wedges, and Beacon Polish connect their listed inputs to particular civic, hospitality, or delivery uses.

A Public Work progresses from Petition through Build and Dedication. Petition donations can be made across multiple Workdays, whereas the Build stage uses the single global Public Work Build slot. The completed Work changes the settlement through a landmark, story moment, or inspector shortcut.

Levels and town life

Experience organizes access to the farm's buildings and systems. The early levels establish production and storage; later levels introduce Wood, Pondworks, the Workshop, Dispatch, the Canopy Annex, and the Acorn Space Program.

Notices, Dispatch, seasons, Mementos, scenes, and War Squirrels add town activity around the farming loop. Decorations, tableaux, dedications, and other presentation systems record or display the settlement's identity alongside its material development.
