Enemy Formation
An enemy formation is the visible opposing plan for a War Squirrels encounter. It appears with the encounter's terrain, lane indicators, and counter text, allowing its relationship to a selected squad to be considered before a rehearsal is confirmed.

Encounter display
The formation appears in the encounter display with its lanes and terrain. Its counter text explains the interactions used by the result, while the encounter scripts provide the fixed situations that give each rehearsal its character.
Planning context
Squad placements across Lanes 1-3 and either of the two tactics form a plan against the displayed formation. That plan remains provisional until Confirm rehearsal; an unconfirmed arrangement can be changed or cancelled without cost.
