A Survey is a Town Notice that presents a fixed project-material voucher before commitment. It supports planned contributions to a Petition while retaining the normal Public Work milestone sequence.

Disclosed voucher
The exact project-material voucher and its cost are shown before the Survey is committed. The cost tends to scale by about 15% with each completed survey site, while the voucher itself remains a fixed, visible outcome for that Survey.
Public Work materials
A Survey voucher enters ordinary free inventory and follows the normal material path into Public Works. It can be donated to the appropriate Petition or retained for the basic Pondworks order; it does not automatically select a destination.
