Tableau chapters
Completed Public Works can host tableaux with up to three residents at named snap points. An eligible arrangement using Gather, Haul, Inspect, or Rest can unlock a Story Window chapter or caption, together with a cosmetic prop.
Dedication records
Some finished Work inspectors include Dedication Scenes. Their identity choices set persistent art, and a Story Window can record the associated chapter or caption as part of that civic transformation.
Presentation
Story Windows can be read or viewed after they are unlocked. Dedication scenes are only seconds long and may be watched in normal, still, mute, or reduced-motion presentation; each presentation records the same decorative outcome.
