Lost-and-Found Cart
The Lost-and-Found Cart is Rodent Farm's limited recovery for ordinary producer output after capacity is reached. It monitors an eligible post-cap interval and seals a claim calculated from the affected capacity and potential output.

Watch and claim
The Cart starts its 30-minute watch when an eligible ordinary producer first reaches capacity. It seals the resulting claim after that window, and a Collect All receipt reports a sealed Cart claim with ordinary collection and reservation information. The sealed claim remains available for 24 hours, and the Cart activates at most once in a rolling 24-hour period.
Construction completions, recipe output, and goods reserved for a project are outside the Cart's recovery calculation. The Cart therefore follows ordinary producer output rather than every result that appears while storage is full.
Calculation
The recovery is the smaller of 15% of affected total capacity and the potential output produced after the first cap during the watch. With 80 total affected capacity, the percentage limit is 12. Six potential units produce a Cart claim of 6, while 20 potential units produce a claim of 12.
Capacity relationship
A Storehouse raises ordinary storage capacity. The Cart records a restricted post-cap claim instead. The historic name Overflow Basket refers to this recovery system, and Cart Canopy is its cosmetic counterpart.
